AURIOLUS
LATIN MEANING
GOLDEN – EXCELLENCE - PERFECTION

Welcome to the Auriolus Blog! On this site I will be discussing many fascinating and important subjects to jewelry lovers in particular and lovers of art in general including:

·         The history of the stones around your neck
·         The truth about healing stones – ones that heal you.
those that can make you sick
·         The truth about Alchemy –
Harry Potter or Leonardo Da Vinci
·         The Art of Buying Jewelry Art
·         the decline of art and need for a new Renaissance
·         Philosophy and Philanthropy

AND MUCH MORE – HOPE YOU ENJOY!

We will also be announcing some very exciting events on the site where you
will have an opportunity to meet me personally and see more of the jewels that are constantly flowing out of my studio in Delray Beach Florida.

And - if you have an adventurous spirit (like me and all my staff) you will learn of an opportunity to travel to faraway countries to do a little exploring and shopping with the Master Shopper – Moi. Each year I take a few of our Auriolus clients on a trip to Istanbul, Turkey where many of the antique artifacts I use in my Jewels are acquired.

Tara my agent in the US has all the details and will be coming along in September (contact tara@auriolusjewelry.com).  The next scheduled journey is September 16-23 2013 and there are only 8 spots so sign up early. My agent in Istanbul (Gursel Balut)  is our host during the stay and between the two of us we will show you the most exciting city on earth like no one else can – its cuisine – its art – its antiquities – its people – the Sufis – the Sultans – the nooks and crannies and hidden secrets of the only city in the world that strides two continents. What has James Bond got to do with it – find out. Want to learn to cook Turkish/Middle Eastern food from a local chef - a Dutch lady who has lived in the city 20 years and has the neatest restaurant. Stay in a hotel run by the same family for generations – only 17 beautiful rooms and a chef named “Rambo”.

The next Jewelry show is May 8th 2013. It is a celebration of my move from California to Florida (I miss Cali but love my new home too). I will be showing many new pieces including a number not shown on the Auriolus site. There will be lots of great food and wine and music – all hosted by my wonderful daughter Annelise at her home in Boca Raton (Annelise is also the Auriolus featured model by the way and by far my most beautiful and rare creation to date!)

SO… for now I wish you peace in your life and may art fill your days with joy! Following are a few pics and links to introduce the Auriolus Galleries and the staff who makes it all happen. We are a team that loves what we do, love people and believe that ART LEADS!!
